BairesDev is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to keep relationship selling programs running day to day, coordinating with Client Solutions and Business Development teams and keeping program data accurate. Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, analyst, coordination, or support roles.
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Hands-on use of AI tools at work to improve workflows.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Execute relationship selling steps: introductions, network reviews, referrals, follow-up until completion.
• Update and maintain program data in trackers, CRM, and internal platforms, keeping statuses current.
• Provide first-line support to Client Solutions and Business Development, escalating exceptions to the program manager.
• Review program results and flag bugs, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the Product team by reviewing requirements, testing releases, and reporting issues.
