Job summary

BairesDev in Argentina is seeking a Revenue Enablement Partner to edit, audit, and improve AI-generated outreach and onboarding content for sales roles. You will shape how AI messaging is checked across teams and own new-hire onboarding for key sales positions, collaborating with sales leadership.

You’ll edit sequences, run audits, document failure patterns, and develop curricula for Principals and Evangelists, while supporting marketing collateral and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in copy editing for AI output or human content.
• Background supporting revenue client-facing teams in an enablement capacity.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials for client-facing revenue teams.
• Experience testing, editing, and troubleshooting AI prompts.
• Experience creating and maintaining new-hire onboarding materials.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated sequences, templates, and messaging to meet quality standards before release, refining prompts to improve output at the source.
• Build and run a recurring audit of live AI-generated outreach, identifying drift and evolving the process toward automated scoring as volume grows.
• Document recurring failure patterns in AI output and translate them into specific guidance for AI build owners.
• Develop and maintain new-hire onboarding curricula and materials for Principals and Evangelists, keeping them accurate as processes and tooling change.
• Support the Communication Strategist with upskilling materials, training content, and marketing collateral.

Revenue Enablement Partner at BairesDev

This is a new seat where you'll help define how AI-generated outreach gets checked across multiple teams, growing from hands-on editing into spotting the patterns that shape what gets built.
