BairesDev, a leader in technology projects for 15+ years, is seeking a Growth Marketing ABM specialist. You will partner with US-based sales, build account-based campaigns, and design AI-powered automations that trigger seller actions.

Daily use of AI tools, data enrichment, and multi-channel outreach; you will map processes, maintain target lists, and report outcomes to leadership. 100% remote role with flexible hours and generous compensation.

Formación

• 2+ years running ABM programs in partnership with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
• 2+ years with US-based commercial teams or marketing to US B2B buyers.
• Hands-on experience across at least three channels with email and LinkedIn required.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.
• Native or bilingual English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run account-based campaigns for target and existing accounts across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes with sales teams and build automations that detect signals and alert sellers when to act.
• Build and maintain data behind programs, including target accounts and enriched CRM records.
• Report weekly on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities, deals accelerated, and revenue influence.
• Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
