BairesDev is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline lead qualification and routing, ensuring accurate assignment to Client Engagement reps. You will manage CRM data quality, support routine tasks, and contribute to process optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or customer support.
• Proficiency in CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.
• Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• Ensure commercial teams follow the company's process for lead upload and assignment, clarifying the correct procedure whenever a request falls outside standard guidelines.
• Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.
