Umaez Llc is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote LATAM-focused role. You will own research, data and drafts across engagements, shaping final recommendations with concise, well-structured reports.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in marketing or agency settings, strong English writing, and experience with third-party data sources. Expect ownership over timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership
