Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM, paid in USD. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to drive smarter decisions and better campaign performance.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and support strategic decisions through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities
