Umaez Llc is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a fully remote LATAM-facing role in performance marketing. You will own research, data, and drafts across engagements, with end-to-end handling on simpler projects and synthesis-led work on complex initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years of marketing/research experience, strong English writing, and comfort using third-party data platforms to inform audience segmentation and market sizing.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research, or agency environments.
• Strong written English, able to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or equivalent presentation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences (websites, email, inquiry flows).
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple engagements and coordinate inputs from internal teams.
• QA deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership.
