Job summary

Atomic HR is hiring for a remote, full-time market research role focused on producing high-quality, client-facing research and strategic documents. You will own the research workflow from data collection to draft synthesis, ensuring each deliverable is accurate, well-structured, and aligned with client goals.

You will manage multiple engagements, collaborate with internal teams, and present findings in professional reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third-party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
