Latinolegends is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of 22+ manufactured housing communities across the United States from a remote Latin America-based role. The position emphasizes leadership, financial discipline, and hands-on operations management to drive resident experience and performance.

You will lead Park Managers, ensure consistent execution, and collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and scale operations while maintaining

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in regional multi-property management.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or communities.
• Experience managing property-level teams and managers.
• Strong understanding of property operations, rent collections, budgeting, and resident relations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day performance of a portfolio of 8–12 manufactured housing communities.
• Ensure communities meet operational standards and performance targets.
• Lead and coach Park Managers; drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPI, financials, occupancy, collections, maintenance, and resident metrics.
• Manage regional budgets and financial targets; review expenses.
• Oversee maintenance, capital improvements, and asset value preservation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across communities.
• Foster positive resident relations and effective communication with leadership.
