Kreato Global is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team. This high-performance, target-driven role focuses on hiring interpreters across multiple languages.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and meet ambitious hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
