Qualifications

• Experience in real estate portfolio management and asset oversight.
• Strong analytical and due diligence capabilities across investment memos.
• Familiarity with blockchain-enabled fintech concepts and technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental analysis and valuation of prospective investments across deal structures.
• Perform independent due diligence on investment memos from various investment vehicles; assess financial, operational, market, and tech factors.
• Evaluate business models, unit economics, regulatory environment, and technology viability; particularly for blockchain-enabled fintech solutions.
• Prepare investment recommendation memoranda with rationale, risk assessment, and exit strategies for the Investment Committee.
• Maintain ongoing portfolio review, track KPIs, financial metrics, and milestone delivery.
• Produce independent performance analyses highlighting deviations from projections and value-creation drivers.
• Identify underperforming positions and propose corrective or divestment actions to the Investment Committee.
• Track global fintech/blockchain trends and identify opportunities.
