UBQ is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to collaborate with the Fund's Directors in managing its real estate investment portfolio. This role focuses on the Central and Latin American markets, with a signal towards hospitality and development projects on a global scale.

The position requires strong financial acumen, construction knowledge, and the ability to drive cost efficiency, quality, and value creation across holdings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct fundamental analysis and valuation of prospective investments across deal structures.
• Perform independent due diligence on investment memos from various investment vehicles.
• Evaluate business models, unit economics, regulatory environment, and technology viability.
• Prepare investment memoranda with rationale, risk assessment, and exit strategies for Investment Committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs and financial metrics, flag deviations and recommend actions.
