Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to build and maintain regression automation for desktop and mobile apps, while performing manual testing to ensure product quality. You will work with the product team to improve testing strategies and participate in on-call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA, strong automation experience with Playwright/Jest, and familiarity with Gherkin in BDD. This role offers flextime, remote and office options, and USD-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality
• Manual testing for validation against criteria
• Execute smoke, regression, integration and performance tests
• Document feature behavior in detail
• Log pass/fail criteria and map to bugs
• Collaborate with product and customer teams on quality
• Maintain automation repos in GitHub and run scripts
• Participate in On-Call rotations
