Responsibilities

• Assist with lease renewals and coordinate communication to meet deadlines.
• Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance and turnover; manage vendor inspections and unit readiness.
• Maintain records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• Generate reports on maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
