Job summary

the company is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join the Rewards team. You will help ensure receipt scanning is accurate, fair, and resistant to abuse, working closely with product, engineering, design, and data teams.

You will analyze real-world data, document edge cases, and translate findings into concrete improvements for the extraction and validation logic, while helping prioritize the roadmap and track fixes through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Interest in consumer fintech, rewards or scalable product operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day quality of receipt submissions and apply validation rules
• Spot edge cases like unusual receipt formats and potential abuse; document findings
• Turn observations into actionable feedback for engineering with clear bug reports and examples
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and track progress of improvements
• Write and maintain review guidelines and escalation paths for scale
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline the review workflow
