Job summary

vidIQ is seeking a hands-on Product Growth Lead to uncover opportunities from acquisition to retention and to build scalable AI-powered solutions. You will prototype, ship experiments, measure outcomes, and decide what to scale or stop, collaborating across product, design, marketing, partnerships, and finance.

This is a fully remote, global role where you’ll own growth loops and lifecycle experiences for creators, driving faster value delivery and monetization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on product growth experience across the product-led funnel.
• Prototype and ship solutions using AI tools and measure impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, marketing, partnerships, and finance.
• Track record of improving activation, conversion, monetization, retention, or acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and recommend tests for vidIQ's growth loops.
• Prototype and ship experiments using AI tools with low risk.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and finance.
• Turn successful tests into durable growth loops across product and lifecycle.
• Document what was tried, learned, and scaled to guide future experiments.
