AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards turning enterprise data into insights. 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources are required.

Upper-intermediate English and collaboration across IT and business teams are essential. You will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams, delivering scalable analytics and guiding stakeholders on data visualization best

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visuals.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
• Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
