Qualifications

• 2+ years of intake experience at a US personal injury firm (screening, qualifying, signing injured callers).
• Clear, natural spoken and written English (live video interview and application tests).
• Live in Argentina and able to work there as an independent contractor.
• Able to work US-overlap shifts: days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.
• Responsive to call audits and maintain time-tracking discipline in Hubstaff.
• Protect private client and medical information.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries quickly and with care.
• Screen and qualify cases: accident facts, injuries, insurance, treatment.
• Enter each lead into the case management software accurately.
• Order police reports and move claims forward.
• Spot urgent cases and escalate to an attorney promptly.
