Zara Injury Law in Argentina is seeking Personal Injury Intake Specialists for remote, full-time contract work with US clients. If you have 2+ years of intake at a US PI firm and strong English, you could join our fast-growing team.

You'll screen cases, enter data into our system, and coordinate police reports and claim progression. Training starts soon, and you work flexible US-overlap hours from home.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of intake experience at a US personal injury firm (screening, qualifying, signing injured callers).
• Clear, natural spoken and written English (live video interview and application tests).
• Live in Argentina and able to work there as an independent contractor.
• Able to work US-overlap shifts: days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.
• Responsive to call audits and maintain time-tracking discipline in Hubstaff.
• Protect private client and medical information.

Argentina: we're hiring Personal Injury Intake Specialists. Remote. Contract work, full-time hours.

If you already take injured callers at a US personal injury firm and you live in Argentina, this is your seat.

Picture this. Someone just got hit. Hospital bills. No idea what happens next. They call, and you pick up within seconds. You're the calm that tells them exactly what happens now.

We're a personal injury firm growing faster than we can hire. Seats are open now, and the next training class starts in early November.

You're a fit only if ALL of these are true

• You have 2+ years of intake at a US personal injury law firm: screening, qualifying, and signing injured callers
• GOOD ENGLISH: clear, natural spoken and written English. We test it in a live video interview and in your application
• You live in Argentina and you can legally work there as an independent contractor
• You can work US-overlap shifts: days, evenings, overnights, or weekends (real nights and weekends availability puts you first in line)
• You answer inbound calls fast (our standard is 10 to 30 seconds) and you're fine with call audits: a manager reviews 5 of your calls every day
• You have a reliable computer, a headset, stable internet, and a quiet place to work
• You're comfortable being tracked with Hubstaff (time and screenshots), and you never edit or delete tracked time
• You'll protect private client and medical information

We only review applications that meet EVERY point above. If one is missing, we can't move your application forward. Call centers, customer service, sales, collections, virtual assistant work, and other practice areas (immigration, family, criminal, real estate) don't count for this role. We respect that work. It's just not this job. We verify experience and may check references, so be ready to name the firms, your dates, and the case types you handled.
