Job summary
Overseas is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other marketplaces for a fast-growing clean-label snack brand. You will manage campaigns end to end and optimize for profitability, working directly with leadership to drive scalable growth across channels.
This role is not brand-awareness focused; it requires deep knowledge of contribution margins, TACOS, and marketplace algorithms to profitably scale a consumable
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing performance marketing for e-commerce or CPG brands.
- Deep hands-on Amazon PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
- Experience managing Walmart Connect campaigns.
- Experience managing Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
- Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and other channels.
- Build weekly performance dashboards across all channels and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, and creative teams to align campaigns with launches.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets and profitability.
