Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Remote People Operations & Performance Associate to monitor VA performance, coaching, and attendance. You will analyze data and collaborate with HR, Account Management, and Finance to strengthen service quality and retention.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required along with 2–3 years in people management or related roles. A quiet home office and strong communication are essential to succeed in this virtual, globally-focused position.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
2-3 years of experience in people management, account management, HR workforce management, or productivity coordination.
Experience tracking KPIs, productivity, attendance, deliverables, or service quality.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar PM tools is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; ability to give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

Monitor VA attendance, working hours, productivity, and performance.
Identify performance risks, analyze root causes, and implement improvement plans.
Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions; implement improvements.
Maintain performance records, dashboards, and monthly reports.
Validate undertime and overtime data for Finance submission.
Collaborate with Account Management to align performance with client expectations.
Support HR, Finance, Growth, Recruitment, and L&D on operational needs.
