Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a results-driven HR function, reducing turnover and addressing Virtual Assistant concerns. You will drive strategy and execution with hands-on responsibility and collaborate with senior leadership in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities include improving retention, managing performance issues, conducting surveys, and developing HR policies while overseeing onboarding, compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1/C2).
• 3–5 years HR/People Management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Staffing, BPO, or Outsourcing is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Admin preferred.
• Strong ability to translate HR data into retention/satisfaction actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve VA retention and monitor retention KPIs.
• Analyze resignations, client-requested replacements, and turnover causes to identify improvements.
• Design and run satisfaction surveys and action plans for recurring concerns.
• Lead and coach HR team with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Oversee performance concerns, PIPs, and timely follow-up with clients.
• Resolve VA complaints and requests promptly.
• Prepare HR reports with actionable insights and align HR strategy with company objectives.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, HR records, and compensation administration.
• Lead VA engagement, recognition, culture, and volunteering initiatives.
• Optimize HR processes, tools, and workflows; identify automation opportunities.
• Other related tasks as needed
