Lever, Inc. partner company is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Argentina for a remote, 40-hour-per-week independent contractor role.

You will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, serving as the primary contact from purchase through telehealth scheduling and kit delivery. Formación

• At least 1 year in customer or patient support roles.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional communication.
• Experience handling sensitive information or HIPAA familiarity.
• Willingness to work 40 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 PST.

Responsabilidades

• Own each patient onboarding journey from purchase through scheduling and kit delivery.
• Manage a personal caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound queries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Document all patient interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Protect patient privacy and handle PHI per HIPAA rules.
