Job summary

Assurant Services Argentina, S.A. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM with remote delivery capability. You will collaborate with project and clinical leads to achieve contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost following IQVIA SOPs and practices.

The role requires leading the monitoring team across global projects, managing resources, and mentoring staff, with strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers, thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
• Coordinate resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs).
