Indero is seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. Responsibilities include reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow prep, audit support, and coordinating with external accounting firms to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, English proficiency, and strong attention to detail. Location is in Retiro, Buenos Aires, with a part-time schedule and home-based possibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• 3 years of professional accounting experience required.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.

Mansioni

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities with relevant teams.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with annual audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.
