Indero is seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity from a home-based setup. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and coordination with external firms to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, 3+ years in accounting, and strong English.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Mansioni

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support timely payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors for the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
