Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation. You will coordinate with external firms to ensure compliant reporting and assist with year-end closing and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, at least 3 years of accounting experience, and good English. A home-based position with flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions; track deadlines.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures.
• Potentially support tasks for other foreign entities.
