Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. You will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

The role includes bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliation, tax withholdings, closing activities, and liaising with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting roles
• Experience in multinational environments preferred
• Intermediate to advanced English level

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
