Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. This role will assist with financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.
