Job summary

Indero is hiring a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. You will assist with records, reconciliations, vendor payments, cash flow, audits, and coordination with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 3 years of accounting experience and strong English skills. Flexible schedule and home-based position are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments scheduling.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
