Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. The role includes bank reconciliations, period close support, and coordination with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong English, and solid knowledge of accounting systems. A flexible, confidential, and detail-oriented communicator is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team involving other foreign entities.
