Job summary

Indero is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations for the Argentina entity. You will assist with reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow, coordinating with external firms to ensure timely and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external audits and assist the year-end audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls and procedures.
• May perform tasks related to other foreign entities.
