Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. This role covers reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, and audit coordination with external firms to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

The position offers a flexible, home-based schedule and requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, at least three years of experience, and intermediate to advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
