Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Experience with diverse companies of varying sizes.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal language to fit client requirements and prepare documents.
• Handle customer requests and manage Codekeeper accounts via email/chat.
• Assist customers with setting up connections between code management platforms.
• Guide leads and customers about services via email and website chat.
• Draft reports and return them to customers after review.
