Atomic HR is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own strategy, performance, and optimization for education-focused clients. You will lead campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, develop audiences, test creative, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and staying ahead of platform updates. This is a fully remote opportunity with growth potential in leadership and strategic ownership.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally in an agency or multi-account environment.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar.
• Proven experience managing performance-focused paid social campaigns with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of audience development, creative strategy, and conversion-focused advertising.
• Experience developing and managing structured creative and audience testing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect creative and audience performance with business outcomes.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with clear communication of performance insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Develop audience strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and campaign objectives.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and testing strategies.
• Analyze creative performance to identify effective hooks and formats.
• Establish testing frameworks across audiences, creative, placements, and structures.
• Monitor KPIs including CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
• Identify creative fatigue and propose new concepts to maintain performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Analytics and Account Services to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Stay updated on platform updates and new ad formats.
