Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who will own the entire client funnel and act as the primary contact. You will audit, strategize, and optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns, PMax, and Shopping, while leveraging AI to build landing pages and reporting structures.

You must be able to communicate clearly in English, manage real ad spend, and work during US Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real budgets and results to discuss with clients.
• Experience across the full Google Ads stack: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to build and ship landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and separate branded vs non-branded outcomes.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit for waste.
• Own the feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and Shopping delivery.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, enhanced conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
