Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to drive performance for a US-based wellness brand. This remote role demands ownership of Meta and Google campaigns, rigorous testing, and cross-team collaboration to optimize CAC and ROAS.

You will work with a lean, remote team across US time zones, ensuring accurate attribution and compliant advertising practices while building scalable dashboards and insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid media experience with ownership of Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record improving CAC and ROAS with paid media.
• Strong experience designing, running, and documenting structured ad tests.
• Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Experience with attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar.
• Advanced skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools.
• Ability to reconcile platform data with back-end sales data.
• Excellent self-direction in a lean, remote team environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and additional channels.
• Monitor daily performance and implement bid, audience, budget, and creative optimizations.
• Design and execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analyze in-platform data against back-end sales data to ensure attribution accuracy.
• Collaborate with creatives to brief, request, and evaluate ads based on data.
• Scale Google Ads Search campaigns and support Shopping ads via Merchant Center.
• Maintain and improve performance dashboards with the data team.
• Navigate industry compliance requirements and ensure policy adherence.
• Identify gaps and recommend strategic adjustments to the Head of Paid Media.
