The role emphasizes measurable performance improvements, not just launching campaigns, and requires remote collaboration with US- or UK-based teams. Prior agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX, Remarketing).
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Experience working in an Agency environment.
• Experience using automated bidding and conversion-focused strategies.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and adjusting campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA.
• Support planning of upper-funnel campaigns with external vendors.
• Coordinate targeting, budgets, and feedback with Programmatic/CTV partners.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and related tools.
• Apply automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Assist with testing new lead-generation platforms and channels.
• Document workflows and best practices to support scalability.
