Job summary

Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Paid Ads Manager with direct HVAC/home-services experience to run performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA. This hands-on role focuses on execution, optimization, and measurable results rather than people management.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in local lead gen, conversion tracking, and collaboration with external Programmatic/CTV partners. Remote candidates with US-based client experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid ads experience in HVAC/home-services industries.
• Proven Google Ads campaigns for local lead generation (Search/PMAX/Remarketing/Display).
• Agency experience and remote collaboration ability.
• GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Experience with automated bidding and conversion-focused strategies.
• Meta Ads campaigns for local or lead-generation use cases.
• Ability to work fully remote with remote collaboration tools.
• Real-world HVAC or home-services paid media background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA.
• Own day-to-day optimization focusing on calls, leads, and ROAS.
• Support planning of upper-funnel campaigns with external vendors.
• Coordinate targeting, messaging, budgets, and performance feedback.
• Implement and troubleshoot GA4, call tracking, and lead tracking.
• Apply automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and scale opportunities.
• Test new lead-generation platforms and channels.
