You will work with external Programmatic and CTV partners to support demand-generation initiatives and improve tracking and automation across client accounts. The role emphasizes measurable performance improvements, not just launching campaigns, with remote collaboration and US time-zone alignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, PMAX and Remarketing.
• Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Experience in an Agency environment and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA.
• Support upper-funnel planning with external Programmatic and CTV vendors.
• Coordinate targeting, budgets, and performance feedback with partners.
• Implement and troubleshoot GA4 conversion tracking.
• Apply automated bidding and conversion optimization strategies.
• Analyze performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Test and evaluate new lead-generation channels and platforms.
• Document workflows and best practices for consistency and scale.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media across clients.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.
