Hire Hangar seeks a Paid Ads Manager to drive data-driven paid media initiatives. This remote role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LSA, with external partners for programmatic and CTV support.

You will enhance tracking, automation, and repeatable processes while delivering measurable performance improvements for multiple client accounts. Remote work with US time zones is required.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX, Remarketing).
• Experience with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
• Agency environment experience.
• Experience using automated bidding and conversion-focused strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
• Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and basic creative testing.
• Prior remote work experience with US- or UK-based clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Support planning and optimization of upper-funnel campaigns with external vendors (Programmatic/CTV).
• Coordinate targeting, messaging inputs, budgets, and performance feedback with partners.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and related tools.
• Apply automated bidding and conversion‑optimization strategies (Maximize Conversions, Target CPA/ROAS).
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Document workflows and best practices to support scalability.
• Utilize AI-driven tooling to streamline campaign management and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media execution and reporting.
