Algofy is seeking a Paid Ads Manager to drive performance across a portfolio of client accounts through strategic planning, campaign management, optimization, and analysis. You will work across paid search and paid social with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable growth.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and comfortable managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience within a digital marketing, performance marketing, or advertising agency.
• Strong experience managing both paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Programmatic experience with DV360 or The Trade Desk is a plus, but not required.
• Experience managing meaningful client budgets across multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear recommendations.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, reporting platforms, and CRM data is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and client-facing skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage paid media strategies across paid search and paid social.
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, targeting, bidding, and campaign structure based on client objectives.
• Manage campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to retention.
• Ensure paid media activity supports wider client marketing and business goals.
• Identify opportunities to test new platforms, audiences, formats, and approaches.
• Support programmatic campaigns where relevant and based on experience.
• Monitor performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Analyze results across ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability.
• Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across accounts.
• Develop and manage testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work with analytics teams to ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain strong budget pacing and forecasting across accounts.
