Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Associate Director to lead a pod of paid media professionals and to drive client growth across multiple channels. The role requires deep hands-on experience in SEM, display and social advertising, plus strong analytics and leadership capabilities.

You will oversee complex campaigns, mentor a team, and advocate data-driven decisions while maintaining excellent client relationships in a fully flexible work environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, Bing Ads).
• Experience with campaign development and optimization (bid, keywords, ad copy) on large enterprise accounts.
• 3+ years of management experience and strong client-facing leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a pod of paid advertising team members (3+ directs).
• Oversee client work with high-quality execution, strategic thinking and timely communication.
• Develop and execute client strategies, roadmaps and testing plans across channels.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive skill development and career progression.
• Ensure QA processes minimize revenue-impacting errors and drive client satisfaction.
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations across channels; manage client roadmaps and experiments.
