Huzzle is seeking a data-driven Google Ads Manager to own our paid search strategy, scaling performance, reducing CPA, and ensuring every dollar spent contributes to meaningful growth. You’ll join a team that values agility and technical excellence, with autonomy to test new strategies.

This full-time, fully remote role places you at the center of multi-channel campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube, working with a global client network and high-growth startups.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience managing complex Google Ads accounts with significant monthly budgets.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA across diverse campaign types.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads Auction, Quality Score optimization, and Merchant Center management.
• Experience with script writing or automated bidding strategies and multi-channel attribution models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-growth opportunities.
• Monitor daily spend and performance metrics to ensure KPIs and ROAS targets are consistently met.
• Execute continuous A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets and compelling messaging.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for future scaling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new Google Ads features to maintain a competitive edge.
