Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. You will drive strategy, testing, optimization, and reporting to maximize ROAS.

You’ll own budgets, track performance, and collaborate with creative and sales teams to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining US business hours in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with creative and landing-page testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.
• Develop campaign structures, targeting and audience strategies.
• Own advertising budgets, spend allocation and pacing.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL and CPA.
• Test creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages.
• Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution.
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, sales and leadership teams.
