Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own client accounts end to end from strategy to reporting. You will be the direct client contact, run meetings, and defend your calls with data. You will manage Feed, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube along with landing pages and tracking.

You will work remotely, with global clients, and must participate in US Eastern hours. You will not be limited by a time clock; output and results matter most, with collaboration

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and tangible results.
• Able to discuss CPA/ROAS and attribution openly.
• Direct client communication and accountability for outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Explain PMax performance and attribution; defend targets.
• Own feed, optimization, and landing page assets.
• Build or deploy landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Ensure GA4, GTM, and conversions are properly implemented.
