Overseas is seeking an Operations Manager to own US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through 3PL and co-manufacturers. This hands-on role requires daily prioritization, accountability for partners, end-to-end issue resolution, and clear reporting to the Operations Director.

You will manage multi-channel fulfilment (DTC, wholesale, Amazon), maintain inventory accuracy, and control costs while ensuring compliance with US retail and Amazon requirements.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production
• Experience managing US operations with US-based 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and US retail/Amazon requirements
• English proficiency and strong reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day relationship with 3PL and co-manufacturer ensuring commitments and deadlines
• Report on dispatches, orders aged, production, stock, and risks with variances
• Investigate missed commitments, drive recovery actions, and address capacity gaps
• Translate production plan into daily/weekly schedules and track units by SKU
• Maintain Cin7 records, resolve quality issues with corrective actions
• Manage DTC, wholesale, Faire, Amazon, and retail fulfilment and related records
• Track orders through to delivery and coordinate stock counts/month-end reconciliations
