Super Organics is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to keep products in stock, manage purchasing and production commitments, and deliver measurable savings in packaging, inventory, and shipping. You will build practical planning tools and coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.

You will also oversee packaging artwork coordination, product launches, and brand-side quality workflows, turning sales and inventory data into timely

Competenze

• 4+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory planning, or production planning for physical consumer products.
• Experience coordinating contract manufacturers, suppliers, and 3PL operations.
• Ability to build forecasts, replenishment plans, and operational reporting in Excel/Sheets.

• Manage inventory planning and purchasing to keep products in stock.
• Coordinate manufacturing, packaging, and supplier commitments with clear ownership.
• Develop tools and dashboards to track stock levels, lead times, and costs.
