Valatam is hiring an Operations & Project Associate for a fully remote, full-time role. You will independently manage operational tasks, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly across multiple workstreams.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, 3–4 years in operations or project coordination, and proficiency with standard PM tools and Google/Microsoft suites. A quiet home office and reliable internet are expected.

Competenze

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years in operations, project coordination, or related role.
• Able to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or Trello is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; quiet home office with good internet.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Document and improve existing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Organize files in Google Drive with structured folder systems.
• Perform data entry and generate internal reports; flag inconsistencies.
• Manage client and vendor emails, draft responses and follow up.
• Research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable documents.
