Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple campaigns.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines for multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams across design, copywriting, and marketing strategy.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress with regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and ensure deadlines are met.
